All advertisement space bookings shall be governed by the rulers and regulations of us (KERSON MEDIA GLOBAL SDN.BHD)
We reserves the right to change and amend its rules and regulations at any time without notice to The Advertisers or Advertising Agencies by posting changes online. The Advertisers or Advertising Agencies are responsible to regularly review information posted in the website to obtain timely notice of such changes.
All materials of advertisement must be original. Advertisement which provided must conform to Malaysia Advertisement Legal Act. Advertisements should not try to impose the consumers. If this does happen, we have the right to reject the advertisement.
The Advertisers or Advertising Agencies which provided should not contain any legal arguments from third party (Example: Copy right and etc). If any arguments happen after the publish, the Advertisers or Advertising Agencies need to bear all the consequences, and be entitled to demand compensation to financial advertising company as well as us.
The Advertisers or Advertising Agencies has to assure there will be no mistakes in the advertisement. If do have, we will not take any responsibility and the Advertisers or Advertising Agencies need to entitled to demand compensation of causing the loss for us.
We shall not be held liable for any loss arising from the omission to insert any advertisement in its publications.
If need to make any changes, the Advertisers or Advertising Agencies need to inform us one(1) week before of the changes.
If we does not receive any written form/email of how to settle with the advertisement’s material, those materials will be discarding after three (3) months of the publishing.
Pricing for advertising is based on CPM (ad shows a thousand times).
The Advertisers or Advertising Agencies shall supply all necessary layout、block and translation for the insertion of advertisement. In the event that the same is not supplied, the Advertisers or Advertising Agencies shall pay the charges for the supply of the same by us.
We shall not be held liable for any mistake in the translation of advertisement copy provided by the Advertisers or Advertising. The Advertisers or Advertising Agencies shall be wholly responsible for the accuracy of such translation.
The Advertisers or Advertising Agencies shall pay charges according to us once list and in accordance with the agreed credit term. We reserves the right to revise or review the price list and credit term at its absolute term and from time to time as it shall deem fit upon notification in writing/email to the Advertisers or Advertising Agencies.
All casual advertisement shall be paid in advance prior to us of the advertisement. Cheques shall be made payable to “KERSON MEDIA GLOBAL SDN.BHD.”. 6% of the government tax will be charged.
