What is Foodsion? How does Foodsion work?
Kerson Media Global Sdn Bhd is an established publisher with 2 popular magazines in our portfolio which are Foodsion and Backstage Professional. Foodsion established from August 2009, it’s a quarterly magazine focus on food, travel and lifestyle which publish on March, June, September and ,December. This online website is to provide our readers/visitors an easier way to read our latest article, provide a platform to interact between food lover, famous chef, restaurant, operator & etc.
Besides that, Foodsion is also an online food shop – a food collection with a simple mission – to be the champion for customers, helping them to enjoy a better quality of life and an easier way of living. Customers want great products at great value which they can buy easily and it’s our job to deliver this in the right way for them.
Help! I don’t know how to buy things online.
Here we will show you a quick and simple guide of steps from register till make payment.

- Shopping in the website
- Add to cart the desire item(s)
- Check out the shopping cart
- Check the desired item quantity or other detail
- Click “Checkout now” for your shopping cart
- Fill up shipping information
- Choose the payment method
- Check out order
- Get the order ID
- Make payment
- Inform payment thru call/email/sms

What if I can’t make payment online?
You can choose “Manual Transfer” when you check out. Then, send an email to [email protected] to inform regarding your successful payment. Payment details must provide with order ID.

SHIPPING
When will I receive my purchase?
Foodsion aims to deliver within the time agreed upon when you checkout. Under normal circumstance, you will be able to receive your purchase within 1-3 working days .
However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. Our aim is to have your items shipped out as fast as possible except for some circumstances where unfortunately it is beyond our control for example courier service delays, emergency, or items out of stock.

ORDER
How can I check the status of my order(s)?
We will be provided tracking number by email or sms.
What will I get back after returning the item(s) or order item is out of stock?
You can choose to have a prorated refund ( if payment has been done ) to your bank account ( within 1-14 working days)
Why is the item in my shopping cart out of stock?
Foodsion will not guarantee the availability of items until the checkout process is completed with payment.
What can I do if I fail to checkout due to an item being out of stock?
You will have to remove the out of stock items from your cart before proceeding to check out.
