山本征治获首届《美国运通标志人物奖》

《美国运通标志人物奖》是2019年度《亚洲50最佳餐厅》新增奖项，旨在表彰那些毕生或于近年来对餐饮界有着举世公认的突出贡献的标志人物，着名日本厨师山本征治成为了首届《美国运通标志人物奖》的得主。

这奖项的得主由《亚洲50最佳餐厅》评审委员会300多名成员根据候选人的独有项目及成就，或其个人综合影响力及累积成就投票选出。日本料理龙吟从开业至今已获得多项殊荣，包括米其林三星丶2018年度《世界50最佳餐厅》第41位，以及连续六年入选《亚洲50最佳餐厅》10强名单。

山本征治将于3月26日（星期二）在澳门永利皇宫丶由圣培露和普娜（S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna）赞助的第七届《亚洲50最佳餐厅》颁奖典礼上接受《美国运通标志人物奖》。
